Hi! I’m Nyasha, a self-taught wig designer from New York City. My passion for hair started at a young age when I used to style my grandmothers hair daily. Later on, I started styling hair for friends and family just for fun. It was years later that I began making wigs for myself, due to extreme hair loss, caused by major heat damage. Wigs became an essential part of my life. I’ve always loved hair and to lose it so quick was shocking, but wigs helped me get through it. In 2019, Mercy Couture Wigs was born and is proud to help so many women on their hair journey.
